For the past four years, Jordan has sent out holiday cards to his followers for families in our apraxia family. He’s always looking to do something special and personalized for his followers, as he always has values having a close relationship with them. Over the years, he has sent over three thousand cards to our apraxia family. Everything Jordan does is embedded within one purpose and one purpose only: to ensure no other person feels alone in their struggles. We all go through seasons in life, and he wants to include YOU this season! If you sign the following form and grant permission, he will send you a Holiday Card for FREE!
If you would like to help Jordan afford these cards, you can send holiday cards (please ensure these say holiday as Jordan values inclusivity) & stamps to his P.O. Box (he also always loves handwritten cards or drawings!)
