Jordan's Services and Fees:
We provide individualized advocacy services to support students with disabilities and their families. Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent, flexible, and aligned with the level of support you need.
Ideal for families who want: quick consultations, strategy sessions, or targeted advocacy support.Hourly Rate: $150
You can now hire Jordan LeVan as your IEP advocate. IEP advocacy includes a retainer fee and any additional hours are billed separately.
Retainer Fee: $300.00 USD
The Retainer Includes:
– Full file/record review
– One (1) hour consultation with your advocacy team
Please note: This retainer fee covers the onboarding process only and does not include attendance at IEP meetings.
After the Retainer Ends:
Congratulations! You are now on your advocates’ caseload for ongoing support services.
Following onboarding, all additional advocacy services will be billed separately based on total hours worked, including:
– Consultations
– Parent support and communication
– Document review and preparation
– Attendance at official IEP meetings
Ongoing Service Rate: $150.00 USD per hour
Optional Hourly Retainers Available:
Families may also pre-purchase blocks of advocacy hours.
Example:
$300 retainer = 2 hours of advocacy support (based on our hourly rate)

This streamlined package is designed for families seeking structured, start-to-finish IEP advocacy support at one flat rate.

This Package Includes:
– Full file/record review
– Two (2) one-hour consultations
– Attendance and advocacy support for one (1) IEP meeting
Payment Options Available:
We offer flexible payment arrangements for this package:
– 50% due upfront to secure services
– Remaining 50% due prior to the scheduled IEP meeting
Please note: This package includes support for one (1) IEP meeting only. Additional meetings, consultations, or services beyond the package scope will be billed separately.
Full Advocacy Package (Comprehensive Team Support From Two Advocates):
This package is designed for families seeking a higher level of advocacy support through a collaborative team approach. Your family will work directly with two advocates from our team, which may include Mikayla Treynor, Courtney Burnett, Carrie Salz-Iori, and/or Megan Moede.
Retainer Fee: $350.00 USD
The Retainer Includes:
– Full file/record review
– One (1) hour consultation with your advocacy team

Billing Policies
All services are billed in 15-minute increments
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing
Pre-IEP Meeting Deposit: A deposit equal to the advocate’s hourly rate is required 24 hours prior to the meeting to secure attendance
