Book Tour: Apraxia Awareness & Inclusion in Coralville, Iowa – Jordan LeVan’s ‘Jordan’s World’
Join us for the Jordan’s World Book Tour on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM in Coralville, Iowa. This special event will raise awareness for childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), promote inclusion, and celebrate the power of storytelling.
Jordan LeVan, author of the Jordan’s World series and the President and Founder of the Apraxia Foundation, will share his personal journey with apraxia, a childhood speech disorder. As part of this book tour, Jordan will discuss his work advocating for children with speech challenges and his mission to raise awareness for the Fighting For My Voice movement.
At the event, you will have the chance to attend a book reading from all three books in the Jordan’s World series. In addition, you will also have the chance to get your copy signed during an exclusive book signing with Jordan. Furthermore, you can hear about Jordan’s advocacy in speech therapy and his ongoing support for SLPs and children with apraxia.
This is also a great opportunity to meet others who care about inclusion books, diversity, and making a meaningful difference for children with apraxia. Whether you are a long-time supporter or a newcomer to Jordan’s World, you will certainly find this event both inspiring and heartwarming.
Moreover, the book tour is not just about the books. Rather, it’s about creating a community that truly values inclusion and diversity. It’s about empowering individuals with speech disorders and advocating for their inclusion. Whether you are a parent, teacher, SLP, or advocate, you’ll gain valuable insights on creating more inclusive environments.
